A Bit of Background
Here at US 4 US, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation that include the Youths' input. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Spear headed by the founder of the organization, Damien Posey (Uncle Damien) has been engaged in the community in a positive way for years. Having worked at Mission neighborhood centers, United Playaz and Young community developers he is very well aware of the needs of the inner city and how best to serve the people. Having cultivated and built relationships with young professionals and youth wanting to give back US 4 US will provide a fresh perspective in the battle to win our streets back through tried and proven resources, community action, knowledge of self and mentorship.

RPOS programs' mission is to provide comprehensive services to foster/emancipated foster youth and adults. Youth and adults who are involved in the criminal justice system, low-income youth and adults who reside in Federally subsidized housing developments who have multiple barriers to education and employment.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
We at Us4Us are very aware of the ef on the efffects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the communties. Specifically the under-served communities.
As part of our mission, we strive to ensure that the basic neccessities to keep people safe during this time, are readily available.
Our volunteers do this by visinting these communties and handing out free PPE items such as masks, gloves, and hand santizer, as well as personal grooming kits, and other personal supplies.
This is all done while our volunteers themselves follow proper safety protocols.
